Just as an FYI there are several people on Ebay that rent them for as little as $15.00 a trip I am renting 2 of them since I am traveling with my twins by myself in July. The CARES is the only FAA approved harness that is not a car seat. I’m not aware of a discounter for CARES, but if there is a baby gear rental company in Tallahassee, you could contact them and see whether they will rent you one.
